Six Sigma Certification

Background

Certifications in process and product improvement methods are used broadly throughout industry and academics. Certification programs are typically made up of some or all of the following: classroom training, practical application (projects), demonstration of knowledge and time spent in project management roles.
SBTI Open training complies with American Society for Quality (ASQ) guidelines for Green Belt and Black Belt training.
For Green Belt and Black Belt certification you will have to complete Lean Six Sigma training and show knowledge of the methodology by completing a skills assessment and delivering business results in a real project.
