Mission
SBTI Europe AB, as a part of the global SBTI network, supports European and global clients in the rapid deployment of Six Sigma and Lean Enterprise methodologies. SBTI Europe is headquartered in Göteborg, Sweden and has local consultants in Germany, UK, France, Italy and Sweden. All consultants have an extensive industry and Six Sigma experience.
In addition to the European based consultants, SBTI has four international offices and can offer a global team of over 100 experienced consultants. Overseas offices are located in USA, China, Mexico & Korea.
Our training and project material are available in all major European languages. We have ongoing customer assignments in UK, France, Germany, Spain, Holland, Italy, Finland and Sweden.
What is Lean Six Sigma?
Lean Six Sigma is both a business strategy and a continuous improvement concept.
As a business strategy it will enable you to increase growth and profits by delighting customers, streamlining operations, improving quality and eliminating defects and mistakes. As a continuous improvement concept you can apply Lean Six Sigma to all processes.
Well proven roadmaps and tools will help you first identify variation and waste in your processes and then in the next stage minimizing all non-value added work and unplanned variation. The objective is robust and stable processes with a minimum of waste.
But Lean Six Sigma is not only a robust and hands-on concept for minimizing waste and variation in existing processes.
